Affiliate Terms and Conditions ============================== Commissions Amount ------------------ We pay a commission of 40% for any sales tracked from your affiliate ID. www.RefererX.com reserves the right to change the commission percentage anytime it wishes to. Please visit our website at all times for changes to these terms and conditions. Commissions Are Final --------------------- Every sale via your affiliate ID is final. There will be no queries on whether a sale was derived from your affiliate ID or not. www.RefererX.com reserves the right at its own discretion whether to award a commission or not to its affiliates. Affiliates are forbidden from purchasing our product & services through their own affiliated site. Such action could result in the termination of your Affiliate Agreement with us. Payout Period ------------- Payout for each respective month will be paid on every 8th of the following month. If the day falls on a Public Holiday or Saturdays and Sundays, the payout date shall be extended to the next available working day. We reserve the right to pay within 3 working days of the payout date. Payout Method ------------- Payout of commissions are made directly into your Malaysian Maybank account or via Paypal in which earnings are accrued if the amount due to Affiliate exceeds fifty (50) dollars USD (US$50). The net amount that will be received by you is after less PayPal�s transaction charges & PayPal�s Currency Exchange charges (if any). You are responsible to update your payment details before payout date else all commissions will be considered null and void. If you provide us wrong information on your banking details, all commissions will be considered null and void. Chargeback and money back guarantee ----------------------------------- We reserve the right to deduct your commissions in the event of any chargebacks or refunds of sales derived from your affiliate ID.
